In Their Own Words...
My Story
“When I was quitting, I had to kind of allow myself some quitting room and say, ‘Hey, I’m only going to smoke this amount of cigarettes this day.’ Once I hit that number, I was done for the day. Then in the next week, I smoked less, and then, I just got to the point where I just didn’t need it anymore. Now when I’m around cigarette smoke, I can’t even deal with it and I look back and think ‘I used to be that guy who smoked a pack of cigarettes a day.'”
